Car meet branch, branch meet car

So a few weeks ago, as most of you know, my window to my car got busted out and items from my work were stolen. Okay, fine. I finally got the window fixed after two weeks. So this morning, I woke up to a violent storm sweeping through Pawnee. The wind was unbelievable! I jumped out of bed to see what was going on, and then I saw it. The beautiful huge tree of our neighbors, towering high above the ground had lost a branch. It wasn't a small little one, it was HUGE! Needless to say, my entire car roof was dented in to the point you can see the damage from the inside of the car. A small back window was busted out from the impact of the branch falling.



Once the branch was cut off of the car, more damage was seen that previously wasn't seen in the pictures. The car is still drive able, however the damage far exceeds the value. So, it most likely is going to be totalled out. Unfortunately, we owe twice as much as what it is valued at. So, I'm not sure how that will work. Oh well, we are just thankful the branch hit the car and not the trailor. Just a little more wind force and we would have woken up to a tree in bed with us.

In other news, we are moving to Cushing! We are buying a cute little house over there. It's 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. We were going to pack up some things today, however with the excitement of everything this weekend, it just didn't happen.
